The Upper Body Blast program is a workout plan that targets all upper body muscle groups. In this program you will find a workout split of the upper body muscle groups including bicep, triceps, shoulders, back, and chest. If you are looking to sculpt and tone your upper body, this plan is for you! This plan triggers fat loss by combining key exercises with the most optimal set and rep ranges.
