What is your return and exchange policy?
We allow returns as long as they fall under our return/exchange guidelines. You can send us that package back to our address below.
All return shipping is at the customers expense.
Please keep in mind, we only accept returned items according to the following guidelines:
- Clothing tags must still be intact
- Cannot be worn or washed
- Cannot have deodorant marks on item(s)
- Cannot have makeup on item(s)
- Cannot have self-tanner on item(s)
- Cannot have human or animal hair on item(s)
- Cannot have stains of ANY kind on item(s)
- Cannot be damaged in any way
- Cannot have abnormal smell (perfume, body odor, etc)
- Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
We do not accept returns for thongs.
If your item does not meet this criteria, it will not be accepted.

Please make sure your name and order number are somewhere in or on the package.
Also, on a note inside the package, please let us know you're returning them for a refund. Most customers write this on the packing slip. Once your return is processed by our returns department, you'll receive an email confirmation. The refund will then take 1-5 business days to show on your end. If the refund takes longer than 5 business days, please contact your financial institution for further assistance.
Exchanges: Please email us at email@example.com before initiating an exchange. Because we have very limited inventory, we can't guarantee we have your exchange item, but if we don't have it, we'll be in contact with you and we can always resend your original item or refund you accordingly after following the above instructions.
When will you restock an item?
With every launch, we double and even triple the amount of inventory for some of our most in-demand items. Stay tuned to our instagram, or subscribe to our newsletter for upcoming launch dates to be the first to know what items are releasing and when!
How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed we are unable to make any changes to it. You may submit a request to cancel your order, however, once your request has been fulfilled by our team we cannot cancel your order.
When will my order ship?
During our launch week we ask that you give our fulfillment team at least 2 weeks to have all of the orders fulfilled. The shipping time frame selected during checkout begins once your package is in the hands of the shipping courier, not when your order is placed.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Your tracking information should be updated once the shipping courier scans the package into their system.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
Email confirmations are automatically sent to the email entered during checkout. We always recommend checking your spam folder as sometimes it may be in there. We recommend waiting 24 hours after ordering to make sure there isn’t just a delay on the email.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders can be cancelled for many reasons. We suggest contacting our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to further assist you within 48 hours.
Where can I find the sizing guide?
We have a sizing guide located on each product page and all of our products fit very true to size so you can’t go wrong with your normal size! If you are in between sizes, the best bet would be to size up.
Do you refund tax on international shipments?
Unfortunately, tax on international shipments is country specific and out of our control. Any tax that is owed on an international package is at the customers expense. You should be contacted directly by DHL with further information.
What happens when my package gets lost in transit?
Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Please contact the shipping courier for more information.
How should I wash my leggings?
We always recommend washing your leggings on delicates with cold water. Hang dry them afterwards to prevent potential fraying/pilling. Also, to prevent snagging, we suggest not washing them other clothing items that may contain zippers or other forms of sharp objects as this can cause the material to snag or tear.
Why don’t you have a cart hold?
We do not have a cart hold feature on our website as we've tried it in the past and it led to website crashes due to our high website traffic. After much testing, our technical team decided it's best to not have a cart hold.
Why does the website have a password?
The password page is in place so our team can prepare the website and make updates as well as add new products/designs. It is only temporary and will be taken down soon. This will be announced via Instagram and our email newsletter.
How do I join your email newsletter?
At the bottom of NVGTN.com, you’ll find an email subscription form that will allow you to add your email address and subscribe to our email list. You’ll then be the first to know about all of our updates and announcements.
How do refunds work with different currencies?
Our checkout payment is USD. If you purchase in another currency there will be an exchange rate according to current global rates. This is something to keep in mind when requesting a refund back to the original form of payment. When we issue a refund back to the original form of payment using another currency, your financial institution will convert the amount back to your correct currency.
Do you have student/veteran discounts?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any personal discounts at this time, but this is something that we plan to change in the future!
